There’s no doubt that you have all of the answers inside of you, but sometimes the voices inside of our heads deliver conflicting messages. Sometimes you have glimpses of the deeper truth of who you are—powerful, strong and capable of anything—and sometimes
you feel downright awful about yourself.
- You doubt whether you’re doing anything right
- You feel confused and frustrated by spinning in circles around an issue
- You wish you knew how to get through this tough life challenge or transition, but it seems
- Sometimes it feels hopeless, and all you can do is cry
- Sometimes you feel angry at the world, or at your body, or at the people you’re in a relationship with
The great thing about coaching is that it’s the access to those deeper answers that lie beneath the surface.
Coaching is unique. I’m not a guru, and I’m not here to tell you what to do. And I’m not a therapist, searching in your past for what happened.
We start with the here and now and build a bridge to where you want to be. As your life coach, I am more like a guide, pointing the way through a dense forest of thoughts and feelings to the clearing where you can see the sunlight of your true self again.
A life coach is someone who sits next to you while you paint the masterpiece of your life with the colors and pictures you imagine, who sees the possibility of the picture even when you think you’re out of paint and is curious about the fact that you think you’ve run out.
It’s up to you to do the work, and I am right here by your side… cheering you on, through the laughter and sometimes the tears. Everything is allowed in this safe space. Space for you to open up to the brilliance and power and clarity that is already inside of you.
We start with a conversation, and it’s very important that we both feel that it’s a good fit.
So, let’s have a chat about what you’re going through. I’m here to help.
